SOUTH INDIAN BRONZE WORKS: Goddess Kali ma of 8 feet with 18 arms with respective aayutham. Casting done with Lost wax process which is very old casting process right from King raja raja cholan.

NORTH INDIAN BRASS WORKS: Goddess Kali ma 10 arms with respective aayutham. Casting done using box moulding.

BANGLADIESH BRONZE: Bronze shiva nataraj statue of 6 feet.

SOUTH INDIAN BRONZE STATUES: Bronze Nataraja idol of 6 feet. with 4 arms. Casting done with Lost wax process / five metal process which is very old casting process right from King raja raja cholan.
SOUTH INDIAN BRONZE ICONS: Bronze Chols style budhha idol 5 feet. with 2 arms. Casting done with Lost wax process / five metal process which is very old casting process right from King raja raja cholan.

Step 2: After the completion of Wax model the front or back side of the wax moulde will be covered with clay and let it to soft sun ray to get dry.
Step 3: After the portion get dry completely the alternate portion will be treated in the same way and let it to dry.
Step 4: After the clay covering on both side the wax model which is inside the clay covering will be heated and removed now. So the clay moulde inner part will act as a moulde i.e. it will capture the exact model of the wax.
Step 5: All the five different metals (Panchalogam) will put in a heating container, started to melt using a Furness.
Step 6: Taking the container from the furness and the stuffs in will carfully poured into the clay moulde through a hole which we will set at the time of clay covering.
Step 7: After the moulde get cool. We will break the moulde so that we will get the panchalogam murti out line.
Step 8: Now the un wanted waste will be removed from the casted murti.
Step 9: At the end of cleaning the murti will be like this with good finish.
Step 10: Then the Engraving part and then finaly we will polish the murti.
